Returns & Exchanges
At STROSHO, every piece is made to order — built just for you. Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Just email us within 14 days of receiving your package with your order number and photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly replace or refund items that are:

  • Misprinted, damaged, or defective

  • Shipped in the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered

What’s not covered:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer

  • Slight color variation due to different screen displays

  • Normal wear and tear after washing/using the product

How to Start a Claim

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of the product issue

  3. A short description of what went wrong
